We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our healthcare team. You will successfully run a range of client accounts, setting up projects and managing them within scope, schedule and cost with clients, the H&P team and suppliers. You are the central point for client delivery, working in close partnership with account teams and clients, driving best practice, job profitability, strong processes and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Client Builder: Build positive day-to-day client relationships, anticipating and addressing project needs, and negotiating with clients on costing, timings and deliverables as they change.
- Business Developer: Proactively manage living SOWs (including scope, team and deliverables), and keep all parties aligned to outcomes.
- Expert in craft: Drive seamless project delivery across all phases of the project lifecycle, managing timelines and implementing best practices.
- Team Player: Manage the day-to-day running of projects, building strong working relationships with team members and suppliers/vendors.
- Role model: Embody H&P Values to build meaning for our clients and people.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a client facing project management role, preferably in a healthcare market research environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong relationship building and management skills.
- Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to learn and grow.
- Able to travel occasionally as the job requires.
