The Research Manager, Quantitative Health plays a central role in running projects that deliver fresh, strategic insights for healthcare brands and audiences. This role helps shape brand strategy and marketing action by blending analytical rigor with creative thinking.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing quantitative research projects autonomously (4+ years)
  • Strong management skills; able to lead and coach team members
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver exceptional quality on time
  • Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of a project
  • Writes clear and inspiring insight stories
  • Proactive and highly motivated, with a hunger to win and grow our business
  • Expert critical thinking skills and the ability to come to leaders with solutions
  • Able to travel occasionally as the job requires
  • Experience working within the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of health-related brands, audiences, and market dynamics
  • A genuine passion for healthcare and a desire to help clients improve health outcomes through insight-driven strategy
  • Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to translate complex quantitative findings into clear, compelling visual stories that drive action
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment; candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred
