We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Manager (Strategist) with expertise in mixed-method qualitative and quantitative health and life sciences insight (patients and healthcare providers) to join our team. You’ll be working across a portfolio of accounts, managing day-to-day client relationships and overseeing the execution of insights projects that shape decision making for leading life sciences brands.
Core responsibilities:
- Client Builder: Manage and nurture day-to-day client relationships, contribute to work that delivers impactful insights, and participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Business Developer: Design research and solutions that answer client questions and contribute to proposal creation and pitch delivery.
- Expert in craft: Leverage key research skills such as questionnaire design, data checking, and analysis techniques to create engaging deliverables from multiple data sources.
- Team Player: Manage the day-to-day running of projects, providing guidance to junior team members and holding regular development conversations.
