As a Group Strategy Director in the Health team, you bring deep expertise in quantitative insight and a passion for leveraging data to deliver fresh insight that informs superior decision making for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical companies. You will manage and coach a small team on a portfolio of accounts, leading client relationships and ensuring we deliver quality, uncommon insights.
Core responsibilities:
- Client Builder: Lead positive client relationships, proactively anticipate and deliver on their needs, and grow the work we do with them.
- Business Developer: Responsible for client growth and profitability, designing research and solutions that answer client questions.
- Expert in craft: Lead a team to deliver clear and engaging stories that provide fresh insight and create actionable recommendations.
- Team Player: Manage and support team members' growth, providing feedback and guidance.
- Role model: Embody Hall & Partners values of being Creative, Curious, Courageous, and Collaborative.
Key attributes:
- Experience leading quantitative research projects in the health/pharma industry (8+ years).
- Experience with standard and advanced analytic methodologies.
- Proven management skills and ability to deliver outstanding quality on time.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to win and grow our business.
- Expert critical thinking skills and problem-solving ability.
- Able to travel occasionally as required.
