Halian Technology are currently recruiting a Payments Consultant to support a global leader in travel and hospitality on a new 12 month contract position. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead the strategy and delivery of payout solutions - with a focus on bank transfers - for partners worldwide, driving revenue growth and shaping global payout strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and execution of global payout solutions (e.g., Bank Transfers, VCC, Push to Card)
- Develop and implement commercial and growth strategies to drive P&L impact
- Partner with Product, Tech, Legal, Finance, and external vendors
- Deliver clear business cases and insights to senior leadership
- Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and market-adaptable
Ideal Candidate:
- 8+ years in strategy, payments, or FinTech (with strong focus on bank transfers/account-to-account payouts)
- Experience in the travel, OTA, or hospitality space
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven success launching and scaling payment solutions
