My client is a growing fintech company, redefining the way financial transactions are processed across borders. As a leader in the payments space, they leverage cutting-edge technology to provide secure, fast, and scalable solutions to a global customer base. They are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join their dynamic team and drive the development of their payments platform and banking network integrations.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, strategy, and execution of key payments-related initiatives, including integration with banking networks, SWIFT, SEPA, and other payment processing protocols.

  • Lead the development of the payments product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Define product vision, goals, and KPIs for payments and banking network solutions, including SWIFT and SEPA.
  • Drive the evolution of the payments platform by ensuring successful integration with global banking networks (SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, etc.).
  • Implement best practices in payments security and fraud prevention.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliver high-quality product features.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for payment networks, transactions, and banking-related product features.
  • Monitor and analyse product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a fintech environment, with a focus on payments, banking networks, or financial services.

  • Strong understanding of payment systems, including SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, and other international payment rails.
  • Experience working with banking APIs, payment processors, and money transfer systems.

This role offers hybrid working with 3 days on-site in London with a 2 stage interview process.
