Halian Technology is seeking a highly motivated DV Cleared DevSecOps Engineer for a permanent position with a forward-thinking technology company delivering secure and scalable software solutions across public and private sectors. We are looking for a UK-based professional with a strong background in secure software development, cloud infrastructure, and DevSecOps practices. You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining high-performing, secure, and resilient solutions. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, technical leads, and cross-functional teams, you will help drive innovation while embedding security throughout the software development lifecycle.
Key Requirements:
- REQUIRED (DV Clearance)
- Programming: Java, Spring Boot, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS
- Testing & BDD: Cypress, Cucumber, Selenium, Gherkin, or similar frameworks
- Cloud Services: AWS and/or Azure, including configuration and security best practices
- Containerisation: Docker and microservice architectures with observability and security
- CI/CD & Security: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SAST, DAST, and security integration in SDLC
- Agile Practices: Scrum/Kanban methodologies and mentoring junior developers
Location: Manchester or Cheltenham
Salary: £80,000- £100,000 depending on experience
Contract: £650-£700 a day
