Senior Engineering Team Lead ??

Hybrid(2 days in office) | Permanent We're partnering with an established technology business undergoing a major platform transformation and looking to hire a Senior Engineering Team Lead to drive technical delivery, architecture, and team development.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll split your time between building scalable software, setting technical direction, and helping engineers grow and succeed.

What you'll be doing ?

Leading a product-focused engineering squad ?

Driving architecture, system design, and engineering best practice ?

Working closely with Product Managers to shape roadmaps and delivery ?

Remaining hands-on with development, code reviews, and complex technical challenges ?
