Senior DevOps Engineer in Camberley

We're partnering with a fast-growing SaaS organisation that delivers critical services to thousands of users across the UK. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape the future of their cloud platform and developer ecosystem.
This is not a traditional infrastructure support role and is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). We're looking for an engineer with a strong software development, platform engineering or SRE background who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable platforms, and enabling engineering teams to deliver software efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing Design and build scalable platform solutions to support current and future product requirements
Own and evolve Kubernetes-based environments, driving reliability, scalability and performance
Partner closely with software engineering teams to improve developer experience and platform capabilities
Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation frameworks
Develop tooling and self-service capabilities for internal engineering teams
Improve platform observability, monitoring and operational excellence
Drive platform architecture decisions and engineering best practices
What We're Looking For Strong experience in Platform Engineering, SRE, DevOps or Software Engineering
Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience in production environments
Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise
Linux administration and automation experience
Software development or scripting experience (Python, Go, Bash or similar)
Experience designing and operating cloud-native platforms
Strong understanding of CI/CD, GitOps and modern engineering practices
Nice to Have ArgoCD
Grafana and Prometheus
Ansible
AWS, Azure, GCP or OpenStack
Experience working within SaaS environments
