User Interface Design (UI) Manager in Hertfordshire | Permanent, Full-time | £90,000 - £100,000 + Package

My client is a global retail/SaaS company based in Hertfordshire. Due to expansion, they are looking to hire a Head of Applications, leading all application design and build across the business from the perspective of UI, while also managing a small team of designers.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head of Application User Interface Design to lead our UI design activities and help shape the next generation of enterprise retail applications. You will manage a small, talented UI/graphics design team based overseas and work closely with our UK and international development teams to deliver beautiful, functional, and innovative UIs across multiple platforms: browser, mobile, tablet, iOS, and Android. This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about design excellence, user experience, and building products that delight enterprise users.
