Role Overview: We are looking for an AI Product Lead who is technical, hands-on, and comfortable working directly with engineers. This isn't a role where you simply write requirements and walk away; you'll prototype using modern AI tools, test ideas rapidly, analyse data, evaluate models, and guide the technical decisions that will shape the future of AI for the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities by identifying friction points and delivering solutions that reduce time-to-production from weeks to days.
- Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, prototyping, experimentation, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Build technical roadmaps informed by prototypes, evaluations, data insights, and developer feedback.
- Support engineering in defining architectures for production AI systems including orchestration, agent frameworks, vector/prompt pipelines, and self-service developer tools.
Requirements:
- 5 years in Product Management, with a strong focus in AI or ML products.
- Proven, end-to-end experience launching production AI systems, not just proofs of concept.
- Strong technical capability, able to work closely with developers, understand architectural discussions, and explore model behaviour.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI platforms and tools: Claude, Prototype, Devin, Google IA, Langflow, or equivalents.
