We are seeking a highly organised, commercially minded, and technically confident Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of web and digital experience projects. This is not a purely administrative delivery role; it is a client-facing leadership position where you will take full ownership of projects from start to finish. You will ensure delivery is smooth, efficient, and profitable, while acting as the key link between clients, internal teams, and senior stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you will confidently manage scope, timelines, and budgets, while bringing clarity to complex technical discussions, driving decisions, and building strong, trusted client relationships. Must have either Digital Agency or strong E-commerce experience!
Key Responsibilities:- Lead projects from initiation through to launch, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are effectively managed
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships and providing trusted guidance
- Produce and maintain key project documentation, including RAID logs, delivery plans, and status reports
- Manage project finances, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and reporting on performance
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate these into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client status meetings
- Collaborate closely with developers and technical teams, confidently bridging the gap between business and technology
- Maintain a strong focus on quality throughout delivery, including QA, handover, and sign-off processes
- Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation strategies early
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices
- Proven experience managing digital projects within an agency environment, ideally across CMS and e-commerce platforms
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and structured communication skills
- Excellent client-facing abilities - professional, composed, and credible under pressure
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with developers and architects
- Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery governance
- Strong reporting and documentation discipline, with clear visibility across project status
- Willingness to travel to London and occasionally across the UK for client meetings and workshops
- A collaborative team player with a positive, balanced approach to delivery
