The Opportunity They are hiring two Senior Mobile Engineers to play a key role in delivering the next generation of their mobile healthcare platform while helping shape the future of their mobile engineering capability. You'll join a high-performing team of 20+ engineers, working on innovative products used daily by healthcare professionals. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to both greenfield initiatives and the ongoing evolution of market-leading mobile applications across Android and iOS . What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS Building new features and functionality that enhance the clinician experience Contributing to mobile architecture, technical design and platform strategy Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering and stakeholders across the business Ensuring applications deliver exceptional performance, reliability and security Driving best practices in testing, CI/CD and mobile development standards Supporting the delivery of long-term strategic projects and product innovation Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team growth Playing a key role in shaping the mobile engineering roadmap and technical direction Key Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience developing mobile applications for Android and/or iOS Experience with Kotlin, Swift, SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose , or similar modern mobile technologies Understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks and quality assurance practices Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices Experience working in Agile development environments Desirable Experience Experience developing cross-platform applications using Flutter or React Native Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms Familiarity with healthcare, HealthTech or regulated environments Experience building and supporting enterprise-scale mobile applications Knowledge of mobile security best practices and offline-first application design Why Join?
