Sales Data Analyst - Financial Services - Hybrid - London - 12 months Contract - Inside IR35 Halian's leading Financial Services client is looking for a Sales Data Analyst for a 12 months contract, Inside IR35, with 2-3 days in the London office. The role sits in the Sales & Operations Processes team, where you will provide Data Analysis, Support and Administration to help the Sales team focus on selling.
What you'll be doing:
CRM & Data Maintenance: Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date by managing account structures (including contacts, contracts, and clawback records) and running regular automated reviews to clean up missing or outdated data. Contracts & Procurement Coordination: Submit and track contract requests through Zip, Oracle, and Salesforce, and actively follow up with Legal, Supplier Operations, and approvers to clear bottlenecks.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform practical data analysis using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g. VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, graphs) to validate merchant volume, audit pipelines, and pull performance metrics in collaboration with the Data contractor. Cross-Team Operational Support: Assist RMs, Marketing, and Product Strategy with operational requests, including gathering required inputs for internal deal review decks and consolidating cross-functional updates.
Testing & Operational Execution: Manage test card ordering, act as a tester for Salesforce system updates, and support process improvement efforts Key Skills: - Data Analysis - Sales Data - Salesforce/CRM - Any Oracle, Zip, Google Drive Reports experience is good - Working with Sales Teams to provide accurate data and drive data quality - Data Capture, Cleanups, quality - FS experience is good, but not mandatory If interested, please send CV via the link!
