Halian Technology is seeking a highly motivated Azure Technical Architect for a permanent position with an award-winning organization leading the transformation of the retail industry through innovation, cutting-edge technology, and a commitment to exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a UK-based professional with a background in designing and implementing end-to-end cloud integration solutions that will drive digital transformation across the organisation. You will collaborate with a range of business and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and scalability of retail platforms and systems, leveraging Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering projects and building solutions across integration, cloud, SaaS, custom development, databases, and DevOps, with a strong focus on creating exceptional digital experiences.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing integration solutions within Microsoft Azure, ideally in large, complex organizational environments.
- Practical, hands-on experience with event-driven services such as Queues, Service Bus, Kafka, or MQ.
- Proven ability to design, build, and deploy enterprise-level integration solutions using leading integration platforms.
- Strong proficiency in integration patterns, including REST, SOAP, messaging, ETL, and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of fundamental cybersecurity principles.
- Desirable: Experience working within the retail sector or similar industries, with a strong grasp of retail systems and processes.
- Desirable: Possession of relevant Azure certifications.
