We’re seeking an experienced Senior Cards Strategy Manager to support a leading card-issuing bank during a key phase of strategic and commercial delivery. This high-impact contract role sits at the centre of the Cards business engaging senior leaders across Product, Finance, Risk, Technology, and Operations.
What you’ll do:
- Shape Cards strategy and support executive-level decision-making
- Lead key governance forums, including QBRs and senior steering committees
- Drive delivery of commercially focused Cards initiatives
- Translate strategy into measurable portfolio outcomes across usage, engagement, and profitability
- Influence senior stakeholders across a regulated banking environment
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years’ experience in strategy, commercial, or portfolio roles within financial services
- Strong Cards & Payments experience, ideally within a card issuer
- Proven track record operating at senior level in complex, regulated organisations
- Strong commercial judgement, clear communication style, and an execution-focused mindset
