Job Description
Halian is currently recruiting for an R&D Test Engineer to join a dynamic and innovative team within a leading medical device manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about product testing in a highly regulated industry.
You will be responsible for planning, developing, executing, and documenting test activities that support the design, verification, and validation of a range of medical devices.
This will include:
·Developing and authoring test protocols.
·Planning and conducting prototype evaluations.
·Performing bench testing, performance and functional testing, accelerated and real-time aging studies, and packaging validation.
·Analysing and summarising test results and preparing test summary reports to support regulatory submissions.
Working closely with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure that all products meet safety, performance and compliance requirements.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
·Degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar.
·2-5 years’ experience in product testing, verification or R&D, ideally within Medical Devices or similar highly regulated industry.
·Knowledge of sterilisation processes and packaging validation.
