Team Lead .NET Developer
Reading (2 days onsite / 3 days WFH)
Up to £90,000 + Bonus
We’re hiring for a scaling digital products business building modern, cloud-based platforms used across financial services and enterprise.
This is a hands-on, product-driven role — not consultancy, not legacy — where you’ll own features, ship code, and work on high-impact systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building C# / .NET / ASP.NET Core applications
Designing APIs & microservices
Working on high-volume, transaction-heavy platforms
Deploying to Azure / AWS
Owning features end-to-end in a product team

Strong C# / .NET Core / Web API experience
Solid SQL / database skills
Experience in modern Agile engineering teams
Bonus: Azure, Microservices, React/Blazor, CI/CD
