Our client is hiring experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineers in the UK or Germany to join a global engineering team supporting a highâavailability, Javaâbased platform used by customers worldwide. This role is for true SREs â not DevOps engineers. If your passion is ensuring reliability, stability, and performance at scale, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Work On
- Ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and reliability of production systems
- Managing and leading live incident response, driving RCAs and longâterm fixes
- Building and maintaining SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs
- Supporting a core Java product: patch files, SDKs, YAML configuration, uptime maintenance
- Contributing to automation using Python, Linux tooling, and infrastructure as code
- Working closely with compliance, security, and multiple engineering teams
- Participating in a 24/7 onâcall rotation (one week every 4â5 weeks)
Tech Stack You'll Use
- AWS: EC2, EKS, Load Balancers, VPC, plus real-world integration experience
- Linux: deep troubleshooting + sysadmin fundamentals
- Python scripting for automation
