Role & Company Overview

Our client, a leading Saa S company, are looking for a Product Owner.

You will own requirements, backlog priorities and solution outcomes, ensuring customer needs are translated into high-quality, deliverable solutions that support right-first-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer goals and translate them into a clear solution vision.
  • Define solution scope, outcomes and success measures for each engagement.
  • Lead discovery activities to understand business processes, users, objectives and constraints.
  • Own, prioritise and refine the solution backlog
  • Collaborate with customers and delivery teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Champion quality throughout discovery, design and delivery activities.
  • Identify, communicate and manage delivery risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, SMEs and delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Strong Product Owner experience within software delivery/professional services
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Skilled in gathering, refining and prioritising requirements
  • Confident working with customers, developers, QA and Project Managers
  • Adaptable, outcome-focused and able to balance customer, business and delivery needs

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hybrid/remote working model.

There is a minimum requirement to attend the Bedford office one day per month, with the flexibility to come into the office more frequently if preferred.
