Overview

We are partnering with a fast-growing payments / fintech organisation in London seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support key initiatives across user access, controls, and governance. This is a hands-on role ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional with strong expertise in access models, permissions, and audit readiness, operating within a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Salesforce access controls, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing models
  • Configure and maintain queues and user access structures
  • Produce and manage audit reports to support governance and compliance requirements
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable, secure access frameworks
  • Partner with technology, risk, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with governance standards
  • Assist with ongoing improvements to access management processes and controls

Essential Experience (Must have)

  • Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex environments
  • Deep understanding of profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing models
  • Experience managing queues and access structures within Salesforce
  • Proven ability to generate and manage audit reporting
  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SOX / ITGC environments
  • Exposure to Segregation of Duties (SoD) remediation
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Shield
  • Familiarity with user access review tooling
  • Background within finance, fintech, or payments organisations

Working Arrangement

London-based with 4 days per week on-site, working closely with business and technology stakeholders. Quick onboarding with start required within 1–2 weeks with a 1 stage interview process.
