We are looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager with a background in fintech, particularly in client onboarding and customer journeys, to join our growing product team. You’ll play a key role in shaping, delivering, and optimising digital products that enable seamless onboarding and exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond entry-level product work and is ready to take ownership of meaningful product areas while continuing to grow their skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap for onboarding and client-facing products
- Translate business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer needs into clear product requirements
- Lead discovery, definition, and delivery of onboarding journeys across web and mobile platforms
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring a frictionless and compliant onboarding experience
- Write and prioritise user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, and Commercial teams
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews
- Use data, customer feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions and continuous improvement
- Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards relevant to fintech (e.g. KYC, AML)
- Support go-to-market activities and post-launch optimisation
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar product role
- Proven experience working within fintech or financial services
- Hands-on experience delivering client onboarding
