We’re seeking a technically skilled IT Manager to lead infrastructure operations and user support in a demanding, on-site environment. Reporting to the Director of IT, you’ll manage a small team, handle escalations, and deliver infrastructure and server projects with precision.
Key Responsibilities- Lead infrastructure and server projects from planning to implementation
- Oversee daily IT operations, including incident management and user support
- Maintain and optimise systems, networks, and server environments
- Act as a senior escalation point for technical issues and service requests
- Support the IT Director with strategic initiatives and project delivery
- Strong experience in infrastructure projects, systems administration, and server management
- Proficiency in Windows Server, networking, and virtualisation technologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Team leadership or mentoring experience preferred

This is a full-time, on-site role covering 39 hours per week on a rota basis, including occasional weekends and bank holidays.
