We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for prospective clients engaging with our digital experience and CMS services. You’ll run high-quality introduction conversations, qualify opportunities, and build early-stage relationships with senior digital stakeholders before handing over to the senior sales team. This role is fully remote, but you must be based in the UK and available during standard UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead phone and video introduction calls with inbound and outbound prospects
- Present a clear overview of the company, while uncovering client goals, technical environments, and project scope
- Respond quickly to inbound enquiries and campaign engagement
- Schedule and conduct initial conversations while prospect interest is high
- Qualify prospects through structured discovery conversations (budget, timeline, decision-makers, technical needs)
- Build rapport and develop relationships through early sales stages
- Progress qualified opportunities to a strategic level for senior sales ownership
- Execute targeted outbound and ABM activities focused on high-value accounts
- Secure first-stage introduction meetings alongside inbound demand
- Maintain accurate records of all activity in HubSpot
- Track interactions, manage pipeline stages, and contribute to forecasting and reporting
- Prepare detailed briefing notes and qualification summaries
- Ensure a smooth and well-informed handover of qualified opportunities to the Sales Director.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong phone presence: Confident, professional, and persuasive on live introduction calls
- Experience: 2–4 years in B2B sales development, business development, or inside sales
- Video-first confidence: Comfortable leading video meetings with senior stakeholders (Digital, Ecommerce, and Marketing Directors)
- Technical curiosity: Interest in CMS, DXP platforms, and digital transformation challenges (training provided)
- Excellent listening skills: Able to ask smart questions and uncover real business and technical needs
- UK business hours availability: Available for prospect calls during standard UK working hours
- CRM proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Self-starter mindset: Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Location: UK-based; fully remote role with flexibility
Compensation
