We're working with a well-established international payments and financial technology business looking to add an experienced Full Stack Developer to a major platform transformation programme. This role will suit someone who enjoys owning features from design through to production and has strong frontend expertise whilst remaining comfortable working across APIs, databases, and backend services.
What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and enhancing customer-facing payment and money movement platforms.
- Building modern applications using Vue.js and TypeScript.
- Working closely with product, QA, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
- Investigating and resolving production issues across frontend, APIs, and databases.
- Contributing to architecture discussions and technical improvements.
- Supporting platform modernisation initiatives and frontend framework upgrades.
- Participating in sprint planning, estimation, code reviews, testing, and deployments.
- Mentoring developers and sharing best practices across the engineering team.
Essential Skills
- Strong commercial experience with Vue.js (Vue 2 and/or Vue 3).
- Solid TypeScript development experience.
- C# / .NET development experience.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases.
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Previous experience in a Full Stack Developer position.
- Comfortable troubleshooting across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with WinForms applications.
- Exposure to Pinia state management.
- Experience within payments, fintech, financial services, or high-transaction environments.
- Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and modern software delivery practices.
