We’re looking for a UX Lead professional to lead UX strategy, discovery, and client engagement across enterprise digital projects. This is a client-facing leadership role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking, hands-on UX design, and team mentorship. You’ll work closely with international teams across Europe, North America, and Asia, helping shape scalable digital experiences and mature UX practices.
Key Responsibilities
- UX Strategy & Discovery
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, user research, and journey mapping.
- Translate user insights and business goals into clear UX strategies.
- Define experiences for complex digital products and customer journeys.
- Develop information architecture and research-driven recommendations.
- Act as the senior UX lead in client engagements.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment between product, marketing, design, and engineering teams.
- Advocate for user-centred and accessible design solutions.
- Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or similar tools.
- Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Contribute to design systems, UI standards, and accessibility best practices.
- Use AI-enabled tools and workflows within the design process.
- Mentor and support UX and product designers.
- Help improve UX standards, processes, and ways of working.
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across distributed teams.
- Support pitches, proposals, and UX discovery planning.
- Contribute to case studies, workshops, and UX-focused content.
- Represent the business at industry events where required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 8+ years’ experience in UX, Product Design, or Experience Strategy.
- Strong experience leading discovery and research for enterprise digital products.
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong UX design, prototyping, and Figma skills.
- Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools and modern workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Desirable
- Experience with DXP, CMS, headless, or composable platforms.
- Background in e-commerce, B2C, or digital experience projects.
- Experience mentoring distributed or offshore teams.
- Familiarity with agile/Jira workflows.
- UI or visual design capability alongside UX expertise.
