We are an innovative fintech company building intelligent, data-driven products to transform financial services and decision-making. With continued investment in AI and advanced analytics, we are looking to appoint a Head of AI to lead our strategy and delivery across the organisation.
The Head of AI will ideally have the following attributes:
- Proven experience leading AI / Machine Learning teams within a fintech or financial services environment
- A degree qualification (BSc, MSc, PhD etc.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Mathematics or similar
- Strong programming background, ideally in Python
- Extensive experience building and deploying AI/ML models into production
- Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, and modern AI techniques
- Experience working with large-scale data platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience defining AI strategy and aligning it with business objectives
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (both technical and non-technical)
- A passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of AI developments
The Head of AI role will involve:
- Defining and executing the company’s AI strategy and roadmap
- Leading, mentoring, and scaling the AI and data science teams
- Driving the development of AI-powered products and features
- Overseeing deployment and scaling of machine learning models
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align AI initiatives with business goals
- Evaluating and implementing new AI technologies to maintain competitive advantage
