Our client, a leading global FinTech company, are looking for a Product Manager to join their team, to own a product end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap through delivery and the metrics it moves. You already use AI as part of how you think, plan, prototype, and ship, and shape how the team does the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for a key area of the platform, shaping the customer experience across web and mobile.
  • Partner with engineering to manage priorities, technical trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
  • Use customer research, stakeholder feedback, and data insights to identify opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver roadmap objectives and measure success against key business and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years’ product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
  • Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for complex products.
  • Strong customer discovery and prioritisation skills.
  • Data-driven, with experience defining KPIs and measuring outcomes.
  • Good technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
