In just a few short years, they have evolved from a disruptive newcomer into a trusted technology partner, securing high-profile contracts and rolling out their platform in some of the busiest NHS Trusts in the country.
With multiple industry awards under their belt and a wave of new hospital deployments approaching, they are entering a major growth phase. They are on the hunt for purpose-driven individuals who want to build impactful tech that directly enhances patient outcomes.
It’s a pivotal moment in their journey — big contracts are being signed, long-term plans are in motion, and the company is scaling toward 350–400 employees. They are building well-structured, high-performing teams to deliver on a clear, strategic roadmap over the coming years.
You will be working with Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS. You’ll also be working with TDD, JUnit, and other testing tools as part of the workflow.
Hybrid working (3 days in the office). Salary: £55k–£70k + bonus. This is ideal for someone with some commercial Java experience who wants to deepen their skills while contributing to meaningful, long-term projects.
