We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Associate Director to join our growing Technology & Cyber Risk team. This is a leadership role where you’ll advise clients on cyber strategy, resilience, controls, compliance, and emerging technologies (such as AI and blockchain), while shaping the future of our cyber services offering. You’ll play a key part in leading high-performing teams, delivering value to clients, winning new business, and building strong market presence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop cyber security teams, including recruitment and resourcing.
  • Deliver high-value cyber advisory and assurance services to clients.
  • Build strong client relationships and develop tailored proposals.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end cyber engagements, ensuring quality and profitability.
  • Develop cyber capabilities and stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in cyber security assurance and advisory services.
  • Strong external profile with an established industry network.
