Overview
Experienced cards leader to define and execute the bank's cards strategy, build and scale the cards business, and deliver key product and proposition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver cards strategy aligned to growth objectives
- Build and scale the cards business, identifying revenue opportunities
- Assess capabilities and define target operating model and roadmap
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle (ideation to launch and optimisation)
- Develop customer-centric and partner-led card propositions (APIs, BaaS)
- Translate strategy into product requirements, business cases, and roadmaps
- Lead product delivery across technology, risk, operations, and compliance
- Act as cards SME and manage senior stakeholder relationships
Skills & Experience
- 15+ years in cards, payments, or retail banking product leadership
- Proven track record building/scaling a cards business (bank, issuer, or fintech)
- Strong knowledge of the card payments ecosystem
- Experience delivering new product launches end-to-end
- Comfortable working with C-suite and senior stakeholders
