We’re looking for a Product Marketer to enable the go-to-market programme, making the product fly off the shelf and connecting product strategy with sales and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and who they influence in the buying process.
  • Become the internal voice of our clients, their challenges, and the problems we solve for them.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Alliance Partner colleagues to develop solutions and positioning that resonates with our target buyer personas and accelerates the buying process.
  • Develop compelling go-to-market messaging for diverse channels and audiences, covering both broad market and industry-specific perspectives.
  • Own the development of collateral, marketing content and sales tools, with the support of Marketing colleagues, in line with the messaging that drives sales and client retention.
  • Plan go-to-market launches of new product features and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years marketing, product marketing or product management with demonstrably keen business acumen.
  • Ideally, experience in a B2B software company in the HR marketplace.
  • A firm customer champion, obsessed with living in the minds of our clients.
  • Experience with sales enablement, CRM and marketing automation platforms.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 1-2 days per week from their offices in London. Our client offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and strong opportunities for career development.
