As a Retail Sales Coordinator, you will play a hands-on role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our boutique. From assisting with appointments to preparing dresses and handling customer inquiries, you will be an integral part of our team. Working days are Tuesday - Saturday.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in fashion, luxury, or retail (bridal experience is a bonus).
- A keen eye for styling and a passion for customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to daily tasks.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Customer Experience & Order Administration: Provide exceptional customer service in-store, via phone, and over email. Follow up with brides to ensure they have all the necessary information about their orders. Assist with CRM management, ensuring accurate customer records. Support the team in achieving sales targets through excellent client service. Assist in bridal appointments by preparing gowns, dressing brides, and offering styling support.
- Boutique Operations & Presentation: Coordinate fittings and collections calendar in collaboration with Production and Retail teams. Steam and prepare dresses ahead of appointments and fittings. Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising and ensure a high standard of presentation. Pack and prepare orders for collection or shipping. Keep track of stock levels and assist with inventory management. Support the Retail team with general tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
