Vehicle Accessory Fitter at Halfords
This role involves working on customers’ vehicles and delivering high standards of service. The base pay range is provided by Halfords; actual pay is based on skills and experience and discussed with a recruiter.

€14.62 per hour
Responsibilities
- Work on customers’ vehicles in the car park and deliver market-leading standards of service.
- Carry out car parts fitting and basic maintenance tasks with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Act as a practical problem solver who works quickly and efficiently with confidence in motoring.
- Receive training to deliver a wide range of expert vehicle fitting services across car parts and technology.
- Carry out most service and repair work and help develop other team members.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to helping customers and maintain high-quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience of car parts fitting, including basic maintenance tasks (e.g., bulbs, blades, batteries).
- Experience of sharing expertise with others.
- Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales or automotive environment.
- Proactive approach to helping customers.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
