Halfords is seeking an experienced Customer Insight Manager on a 12-month contract, working 3 days per week in Redditch.

You will lead our customer insight capability, partnering with Marketing, Category and Proposition to shape strategic decisions and future propositions.

You will manage insight agencies and champion the voice of the customer across the organisation, delivering credible evidence and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
