As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store in the Store Manager\’s absence. At Halfords, we prioritise our core values and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
