About the role As a Data Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the data strategy for Halfords' Central functions, supporting a major multi-year ERP transformation programme. Partnering closely with Finance and People team leaders and stakeholders, you will act as the bridge between business priorities and data delivery, ensuring reporting and analytics capabilities evolve alongside the ERP landscape. You'll build trusted relationships across the functions, bringing the credibility and confidence to challenge thinking, influence decision-making, and gain buy-in for new approaches. This role is focused on driving long-term value rather than short-term delivery. You'll own the data roadmap, prioritising outcomes that support operational performance, financial decision-making and strategic planning. Working across Data, Technology and Central teams, you'll ensure solutions are aligned to the wider transformation agenda and deliver measurable business benefits.
