Your knack with customers and boundless enthusiasm for cars and bikes is what will lead you to success in this role. You may already have experience fitting car parts and cycle repair, even as a hobby. We provide training to help you develop the skills you need, with the goal of delivering market-leading standards of service. You will work with customers on their vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, helping us wow every customer.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of fitting services, including car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing.
- Work with customers on their vehicles in the car park and on bikes in-store.
- Develop practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Contribute to delivering market-leading standards of service in a customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
- Problem solving skills.
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
- Ideally, some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
- Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
