Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team within an automotive environment.
  • Drive business performance and maintain excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and other regulatory requirements.
  • Manage high sales turnover and KPI achievement; provide in-the-moment coaching and training.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; maintain good time management.

Responsibilities (Additional)

  • Oversee operations to meet company targets and standards.

Skills and Experience

  • Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
  • Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
  • Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development with in-the-moment training
  • Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards
  • Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
  • IT proficiency with willingness to learn in-house systems
  • Good time management
  • A current valid driving licence
