Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team within an automotive environment.
- Drive business performance and maintain excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage high sales turnover and KPI achievement; provide in-the-moment coaching and training.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; maintain good time management.
Responsibilities (Additional)
- Oversee operations to meet company targets and standards.

Skills and Experience
- Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or similar industry
- Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management
- Engaging and motivational, coaching-based approach to team development with in-the-moment training
- Experience meeting Health and Safety compliance standards
- Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- IT proficiency with willingness to learn in-house systems
