Responsibilities
- Deliver great customer service and help customers, ideally in a retail sales environment
- Demonstrate and explain products and practical aspects of fitting services
- Be proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs
- Engage in product knowledge and skills training provided
- Learn and apply company training to support career development
Qualifications
- Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment
- A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
- Problem solving skills
- Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends
- Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
