On-target earnings up to £45,422 comprising a base salary up to £36,322 and an uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £9,100 per year.

Skills and experience:
- Experience / Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
- Experience / Ability to deliver coaching/training in the moment to colleagues
- Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
- IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
- A current valid driving licence
