The predicted salary is between 10 - 13 £ per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver market-leading standards of service to customers.
  • Work on customers’ vehicles in our car park and on bikes in-store, and provide fitting services (car parts fitting, technology fitting, cycle building and cycle servicing).
  • Develop practical problem-solving skills and work quickly and efficiently.
  • Draw on retail experience, and tailor your approach in a customer-focused sales environment where possible.

Qualifications:

  • Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
  • A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Some knowledge and skills in car parts fitting and cycle repair.
  • Some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
