  • Responsibilities:
  • Deliver great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
  • Demonstrate and explain products and the practical aspects of our fitting services; learn product knowledge and skills through training.
  • Be proactive in helping customers and understanding their needs.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience and support team performance.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
  • A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
  • Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
  • Ideally, some experience of working towards and achieving sales targets.
