About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Merchandiser Retail (Motoring) on a fixed‑term basis for 6 months to drive the online growth of our Retail Motoring category. Reporting into the Digital Merchandising Manager, you’ll support online merchandising, range setup and optimisation across Halfords.com and Halfords.ie, helping us become the market leader in motoring retail.
You’ll ensure product pages are accurate, compelling and fully optimised, while working closely with Digital Trading, CRO, Commercial, Marketing and Data teams to improve conversion, attachment rate, AOV and customer experience. Using performance insight and customer feedback, you’ll help shape campaigns, launches and ongoing improvements across the end‑to‑end customer journey, while supporting best practice across the wider Digital Merchandising team.
