Do you have a background in sales and a passion for all things motoring? At Halfords, we don’t just sell products – we keep Britain moving. We’re looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Specialist to join our team and help customers get the very best from their vehicles.
A confident and proactive salesperson, you’ll be the link between our stores, autocentres, and mobile experts – driving referrals to ensure our customers receive complete motoring solutions, whether that’s tyres, MOTs, servicing, or repairs. Recommending the right solution for the customer is what this role is all about, whether we can fix it in the car park, at our local Autocentre or by arranging for our Halfords Mobile Experts to fix it at the customer’s home or work.
Brilliant at building relationships, you’ll work closely with colleagues in our Autocentre and our Halfords Mobile Expert teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
To be a success in this role you’ll need:
- Experience in a consumer sales environment
- A keen interest in or experience of working with motoring products/services
- Great communication skills – able to explain services in simple terms
- Comfortable working to sales targets
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and focused on customer satisfaction
