As a Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store in the Store Manager's absence. At Halfords, we prioritise our core values and are committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • A year of managerial experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Proven track record in coaching and managing colleagues.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer metrics.
  • Commercial acumen and awareness of industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn our systems.
