Job Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor youll be the welcoming face for our customers handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.

Skills and Experience

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• IT literate
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
• Experience working towards and achieving targets
• Ideally experience in an Autocentre environment
• Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles
