About the role
The Customer Proposition Manager will play a pivotal role in turning strategic vision into customer-focused solutions. Through strong proposition design, stakeholder engagement and project coordination, you will lead the end-to-end development and delivery of propositions that drive business growth. You will design and deliver propositions across our Garage & Mobile Services business for both B2C and Fleet customers, helping to bring our three-year strategy to life. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, translate high-level concepts and business cases into scalable solutions and ensure propositions are delivered efficiently and at pace to market.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our diverse customer base, using customer insight to inform decisions and shape proposition development.
- Identify strategic opportunities and translate complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, end-to-end delivery plans.
- Design customer propositions, defining both the customer experience and the operational processes that support successful delivery.
- Bring together cross-functional teams to design, test, pilot and launch new propositions.
- Build robust business cases that clearly articulate the commercial value of new propositions and prepare investment papers to secure funding and approval.
- Communicate proposition strategies across the business, influencing and securing buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Oversee proposition pilots and trials in partnership with operational teams, using insights and feedback to refine and optimise solutions prior to rollout.
- Support go-to-market planning by collaborating with Marketing teams to develop compelling customer messaging and supporting materials.
- Act as a champion for innovation and change, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences, drive operational improvements and deliver business value.
