Role Description

The Chef Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Northchapel.

This position is responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking food for pamper party events, and ensuring that all dishes meet quality and presentation standards.

The role includes overseeing food safety and hygiene, managing kitchen operations, and coordinating with event staff to align food service with overall party schedules.

The Chef Manager will also manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and monitor costs to maintain budget efficiency.

Day-to-day tasks involve supervising kitchen workflow, training and guiding junior staff, and adapting menus to meet guest preferences or dietary requirements.

The role requires close collaboration with the event coordination team to deliver a seamless, guest-focused experience.

Qualifications
