Company and Responsibilities:

My client, a vibrant, growing Asset Management business specialising in OMS implementations, is looking to hire an ambitious PMO Analyst to join the business. The organisation, whilst remaining boutique, is expanding its operations into the US and Far East.

In this role, you will work with highly renowned Asset Management firms, specialising in the PMO space. You will support the development of a scalable PMO Operating Model, build automated reporting solutions, create executive dashboards and governance packs, support the use and development of AI bots and PMO automation tools, produce workflow diagrams and process maps and maintain all RAID logs, milestones, dependencies and delivery reporting.

Desired Skills:

  • Solid experience as a PMO Analyst/PMO Consultant – covering governance, status reporting, RAID logs, milestones, dependencies etc
  • Background working in the Investment Management/Asset Management industry sector – THIS IS ESSENTIAL
  • Understanding of OMS Systems and Investment Management front to back trade workflows is desirable
  • Ability to use, configure or program AI bots and workflow automation tools
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (Power Query, formulas, pivots, automation)
  • Strong Power BI dashboard development skills
  • PowerPoint automation and reporting skills
  • Experience creating workflow diagrams and process maps
  • Any exposure to Aladdin OMS is desirable
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
